Short version: 48 hours to try it out and get your money back. After that, no refunds, but your Nest keeps running through the period you've already paid for.
The 48-Hour Window
- The clock starts when we send your first paid invoice's receipt.
- If you tell us within 48 hours that this isn't what you wanted, we refund you in full and shut the Nest down.
- Filling the Nest with files in that window is fine, but the refund means we take the server back, so keep your own copies of anything you care about.
The window is short so we don't get burned by people downloading half their library for free and bailing. It's enough time to figure out whether the service works for you.
After 48 Hours
Payments are non-refundable, but your Nest keeps running through the period you paid for. Cancel any time; you just don't get money back for unused months.
Changing Tiers
- Upgrade: we prorate the difference for the rest of your period. No surprises.
- Downgrade: kicks in at your next billing date. No partial refund on the higher tier.
When We Refund Regardless
If we can't deliver the service, you get a refund:
- Your Nest is down for more than a day because of something on our end.
- We have to shut the service down entirely.
How to Ask
Open a ticket from your dashboard with a one-line reason. If you somehow don't have account access, email admin@medianest.stream. We process refunds within five business days.
Bitcoin refunds go to a wallet address you give us when you ask.
